How many apartments are at Stonehill Towers?

Stonehill Towers offers 204 apartments across four elevator-equipped brick buildings.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Heat, hot water, sewer, and trash are included for all floor plans. Studios and One Bedroom Deluxe apartments also include electricity.

Is laundry available onsite?

Laundry rooms are located in the lower level of each building and use CSC machines (coin or card pay).

What amenities does Stonehill Towers offer?

Amenities include a fitness center, grilling area, and a function room with a full kitchen and seating for up to 40 guests. The community also offers monthly resident events and 24-hour maintenance.

Is parking available?

Outdoor parking is free and unassigned. Studios and one-bedrooms may have up to two vehicles, and two-bedrooms up to three. Detached oversized garages are also available for $200 per month.

Is renters insurance required?

Yes. Residents must maintain a $100,000 liability renters insurance policy.

What cable and internet options are available?

Xfinity provides high-speed internet and cable services to the community, offering reliable connectivity for streaming, working from home, gaming and everyday browsing needs.

Where is the leasing office located?

The office is located in Building 5 and is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What makes the location desirable?

Stonehill Towers is minutes from the I-93/I-95 interchange, offering exceptional commuter access. The community is close to restaurants, retail centers, parks, the Middlesex Fells Reservation, and the Stone Zoo.

What are the public transit options?

Nearby bus lines include Route 99 and Bus 132 to Oak Grove Station. Several commuter rail stations in Wakefield and Melrose are also accessible.

Are pets allowed?

No, the community is not pet friendly.
